mixed feelings about this stay
difficult check-out attitude of staff
Check-out caused me stress. The staff insisted i needed to pay for pool towels, claiming i had not returned them. it seemed like they did not believe me. they could have easily checked with their colleagues to confirm the return.

close location shopping center breakfast buffet
I loved the location! it was a quick ten-minute walk to bangla road and jungceylon shopping center. the beach was super close. Only 200 meters away! i enjoyed the breakfast buffet. So many choices!
the elevator seemed a little slow during peak hours.

the hotel has a pool area that includes twenty loungers! a shaded section makes for a comfortable relaxation space, and it is easy to find a spot regardless of how crowded the area may be. a convenient elevator provides easy access to all floors

our room included two separate sinks! this made getting ready in the morning much easier and faster. i also appreciated the rainfall shower, it provided a luxurious experience after a day in the sun, especially with adjustable pressure.

blissful getaway, a haven of serenity
wonderful space easy access
the beautiful double room offered such wonderful space. housekeeping kept it super clean every day. the hotel's proximity to the beach allowed for easy access to the water, it was amazing!!! jenny at the front desk helped with all bookings needed.
the pool access room, despite its appeal, had too many mosquitoes. i found it difficult to enjoy the space because of them. also, the closet space felt insufficient for luggage.

Staff members provided excellent service. They were always happy to help with any requests. the reception staff especially showed sophistication and warmth. i felt very welcome.

The hotel enjoys an really good location. it is near enough for easy access to restaurants and attractions. this spot is so wonderful. I recommend it to everyone. public transportation is close too.

Excellent Hotel with Fantastic Location!!!

I loved the hotel's location, a short walk to the main attractions and shopping. It's secure with guards on duty 24/7. I found it easy to relax and sleep due to the quiet surroundings. The daily breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices. It was AMAZING!!!
